We hope that you have been weathering this storm that we are all going through. For many of you, this has been a time to reflect on what is really important to us and what is not and it has given us a chance to focus on our families, our hobbies at home and other interests. And usually when you hear from me, it is about some type of legal update or blog or holiday greeting with a picture of my French Bulldog Romeo.
Today, however, I wanted to take your minds off of things and share a passion of mine. As lawyers, we rarely get to work with our hands, get them dirty, and build something. This was true with me. Hanging a picture up in my office was an accomplishment.
But several years ago, in whatever spare time I had from practicing law, I started renovating older, dilapidated buildings (along with my talented team), and began turning them into something wonderful that would last a lifetime and enhance the neighborhoods where they were situated. In addition, and of greater importance, I was married to a most wonderful women named Quinn, in Positano, Italy, after being single and happy for 55 years.
And now…last week…we finished my favorite real estate project to date in Winthrop, Massachusetts and I wanted to share it with you all like a parent shares picture of their child.
